Characteristics
Cal Duc is a Catalan countryhouse from the mid XIXth century, specifically from 1846. Formerly, different landlords were in charge of the house. At present times, it is worth noticing that the whole property is formed by three lodgings (called La Nena, La Nina and La Nana), with a total surface of around 32 acres, of which 12 are used for crops, 7 covered with black poplars and 4 devoted to forest. |
